Online Orders - Just click "add to cart" on the page that has the item you want to order, and pay on a secure server. You can use your credit card to
purchase or a Paypal acct.

Shipping and Handling charges - We ship all orders UPS or USPS. 2nd day or over night shipping is available at actual cost.
All normal shipping charges for USA shipments are calculated on total order amount.
There is no minimum order amount.
We will not ship International orders until actual shipping amount is calculated and charges are paid.
Shipping charges are as follows for USA shipment:
Orders totaling up to $14.99 $5.95
Orders totaling $15.00 to $29.99 $9.70
Orders totaling $30.00 to $49.99 $11.25
Orders totaling $50.00 to $99.99 $13.50
Orders totaling $100.00 up $18.75
Outside USA , Express mail, or Air shipping is at actual cost plus a $1.50 processing fee.
Prices - Our prices are subject to change without notice.
Warranty - We guarantee satisfaction on all our products when used for the purpose recommended. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product,
you may return it for credit, refund, or exchange with 45 days of shipping date. (see Returns)
Returns/refunds - You may return any item for any reason with in 45 days of the date shipped for refund or exchange. All returns are subject to a 20%
restocking fee. Returned items have to be in the same condition as when they were shipped to you, without damage or wear. Items returned after 45
days are subject to our discretion as to refunding, etc.
Deposits taken for service or restoration will be refunded only to the extent of 50% of the actual deposit after 30 days from receipt of deposit.
Shipment - all orders are shipped in 4 Business days unless some outstanding situation makes this impossible. We DO NOT ship on Saturday or Sunday.
Backorder - If a backorder is necessary we will ship the portion of your order that is in stock and notify you of the expected ship date of the back-ordered
item.
Delivery of restored items - After any restoration or service project shipped to us for same is completed, we will contact the customer via telephone or
email using contact information given at the time we received the project. This contact attempt is made for settling of the account and arranging for
shipment back to the customer. If we fail to make contact we will attempt to reach the customer a second time. After the second failed attempt to
contact the customer for having the account settled, the restored or serviced item is subject to public sale or disposition at our discretion without further
notice.
